Beacon and his sister Haven are siblings turning five years old this summer.  Most of the time Beacon is a lazy dog, spending his days snoozing in sunbeams and his evenings curled up next to Amanda watching TV.  Put a ball or a stick in your hand, however, and Beacon transforms into a creature of endless adrenaline - a true fiend for fetch!  Indoors he loves his Chubby Buddy, in the backyard it's Orbee time, and in the water he prefers sticks.  He will charge through breakers in Lake Michigan, brave the rapids of Flat River and if Andrew doesn't throw something quick enough then Beacon impatiently retrieves waterlogged branches from the river bottom!

Best of both worlds - Beacon sits in a sunbeam while waiting for his ball to be thrown.
